Part of a nine-member team managing 700+ Microsoft servers (2003–2012) across HP and Dell infrastructure. Focused on predictive monitoring, system maintenance, and application uptime. Served as SME for McAfee EPO, HP Data Protector, and HP BladeSystem. Led infrastructure monitoring via MOM 2005/SCOM 2012, and managed HP SIM for 8,000+ servers. Maintained 400+ GB of SQL databases and provided expertise in Active Directory and WSUS Patch Management.

Served as the SME Team Lead in the following areas:

• Redesigned and optimized HP "Systems Insight Manager" to monitor corporate infrastructure and 7-Eleven stores, enabling predictive hardware failure detection.
• Managed three McAfee EPO environments supporting Antivirus and Host Intrusion for approx. 16,000 devices. " Servers, Stores and Laptops"

• Led the migration from EMC Networker to HP Data Protector, safeguarding over 400TB of client data across NetApp and 3Par storage systems. Optimized SAN zoning with multi-pathing, significantly reducing backup times by 50% and achieving backup speeds of 2TB per second.
• Maintained Visio drawings, maps and documentation for use in diagnosing and managing the infrastructure.
• Managed the entire server side Enterprise bare metal backup solution for all the stand alone databases and files servers.
